Being a three- sport athlete through high school and a student-athlete in college, David has benefited from and has been influenced by many great coaches and professors. Through athletics and education, from the grid-iron to the body building stage, David has acquired the skill-set needed to achieve success in fitness programs. He works out regularly throughout the week and is continuously seeking knowledge of the evolving fitness world.
