Class Schedule

Yoga Level 1
Yoga Level 1 is an introductory yoga class with a yoga alliance certified instructor. Class will consist of different levels of breath work, basic poses, and stretches.
Yoga level 1 is a vinyassa based class with special attention to proper alignment and breathing. Suitable for all levels!

Join our certified spin instructors for an hour long spinning class suitable for all levels.

Total Body Workout
The Total Body Workout is a low impact exercise class that is appropriate for beginners and/or seniors. This class includes multiple stretches for every muscle group, mild to moderate exercises for upper and lower muscle groups and ends with a quick abdominal routine.

Learn the fundamental movements of Pilates while also challenging the mind and body. This Pilates class will progress with each class adding more challenging movements however keeping the integrity of all exercises, just the way Joseph Pilates would had wanted it!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow yoga has a gentle start towards an increasingly vigorous practice of slow controlled movement. Following in the ancient tradition of the sun salutation, this class focuses on smoothly flowing from one yoga pose to the next with concentration and breath control.

Yoga Technique
Yoga technique focuses on anatomical alignment, positioning and extended stays in challenging yoga postures. Yoga technique is a great class to go in-depth into a select few yoga poses and to address specific injuries or problem areas.
