A typical class can be broken down like this, 10 min of mobilization, stretching, warming up, 20-30 minutes of technique and form with a gymnastic or weight lifting exercise, and 20-30 minutes of a high intensity workout.
What are the benefits of NUI Fit?

What makes NUI Fit classes different?
You can choose from 3 levels to meet your goals:
-Elite (Coaches prescribed program)
-Cardio (Aerobic target HR zone)
